Do Kiziks run true to size?
Yes! Most of Kizik’s styles have a standard fit that runs true to what most people wear. For styles that may run smaller or more narrow our website will help direct you in selecting the best size. If you find that you are between two sizes, we suggest going with the larger size, just to be safe. This way, everyone can step into comfort.
Do Kiziks have arch support?
All our Kizik insoles have a mild arch to it. However, it is also removable so that you can replace them with any orthotics, inserts, or aftermarket insoles you may require.
Are Kiziks washable?
Freshening up your Kiziks is simple! For mesh styles, we recommend using a soft cloth or toothbrush with mild dish soap and water. After cleaning, rinse gently and let them air dry. Avoid using a dryer or placing them in direct sunlight, as heat can affect the shape.
The insoles are removable and can be machine washed, just be sure to let them air dry as well.
Can I remove the insole?
In all adult sizes, that's a definite yes!
You may also remove your Kizik insoles and replace them with your favorite 3rd party insoles at your pleasure.
How do I exchange my order?
At this time, unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Once we have received your return package, we will issue a credit note and the amount will be refunded to your account within 2–3 business days. You can then place a new order yourself via our website.
What are the rules for a first time buyer discount?
Score savings on your first Kizik purchase! Enjoy a discount on full-priced shoes (excludes Last Chance and already discounted items).
How long will it take to get my orders?
That depends on your location. Orders processed here typically take 1–3 business days to be delivered. Deliveries to Ireland may take 5–7 business days. You can find the delivery details in your confirmation email.
Shipping and Fulfillment Information
All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Our team will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately. Please make sure to carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Kizik Footwear is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
