GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
Authentic Brands
Authentic Brands is the official distributor of Kizik in the Benelux and Ireland and the operator of this webshop.
These are the general terms and conditions of sale and delivery of Authentic Brands, hereinafter referred to as Kizik Footwear, located at Klopperman 4A, 2292 JD Wateringen, the Netherlands. Authentic Brands is registered with the Chamber of Commerce for The Hague under number 70849331 and VAT number NL858483828B01.

1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all offers and quotations made by Kizik Footwear and to every distance contract concluded between Kizik Footwear and a natural person (“Customer”) (“Agreement”).
1.2 By placing an order, the Customer accepts the applicability of these Terms.
1.3 Deviations from or additions to these Terms and/or additional agreements shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by Kizik Footwear.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1 All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices.
2.2 All prices on the website are subject to typing, printing or input errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors.
2.3 Prices will not be increased during the term of the Agreement.
2.4 Payment for orders placed via the website can be made using the following payment methods: iDEAL | WERO, Creditcard or PayPal.
2.5 Orders will only be shipped after full payment of the agreed (advance) payment has been received.
2.6 If payment is not received within 4 days after the order date, the order will be cancelled.
2.7 In the event of late payment, Kizik Footwear is entitled, without prior notice or notice of default, to charge statutory interest from the due date, increased by extrajudicial (collection) costs of up to a maximum of 15% of the outstanding amount, as well as any judicial costs.
3. Delivery
3.1 After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as possible, stating the purchase amount and shipping costs. If no confirmation is received, please contact info@kizikfootwear.nl
3.2 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
3.3 Kizik Footwear is not liable for any damage resulting from exceeding delivery times.
3.4 If delivery is delayed due to temporary unavailability or other reasons, or if an order cannot or can only partially be fulfilled, the Customer will be informed accordingly.
3.5 In accordance with statutory regulations, Kizik Footwear will execute orders within a maximum of 30 days. If this is not possible, the Customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
3.6 Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
3.7 If the Customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, Kizik Footwear may charge reasonable storage costs. If delivery fails for reasons beyond Kizik Footwear control, Kizik Footwear may terminate the Agreement and refund paid amounts minus reasonable costs incurred.
4. Exchanges and Returns
4.1 The Customer may exchange or return (part of) the purchased products within 30 working days after delivery, for any reason. The Customer must notify Kizik Footwear in writing within 7 working days of delivery, specifying which and how many products will be returned. Return shipping is at the Customer’s own expense and risk.
4.2 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to an error by Kizik Footwear. Refunds will be made within 30 working days. Insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted.
4.3 Returned products must be in original or equivalent packaging, unused, undamaged, and with attached price or article tags.
4.4 In the case of incorrect or defective delivery, Kizik Footwear will cover the shipping costs for one replacement shipment.
4.5 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the return.
4.6 Returns and exchanges must be registered via our return portal: CREATE RETURN.
5. Inspection, Warranty and Liability
5.1 The Customer must inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt and report defects within 10 days.
5.2 Kizik Footwear guarantees for one month that products comply with the Agreement and legal requirements.
5.3 The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, unauthorized modifications, abnormal use, or failure to follow instructions.
5.4 Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
5.5 In the event of defects, Kizik Footwear will replace, repair, or refund the product at its discretion. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product concerned. Any further liability is excluded.
6. Offers
6.1 All offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders.
6.3 Kizik Footwear is not bound by offers containing obvious errors.
7. Images and Specifications
7.1 Product images and specifications are indicative and may differ slightly in color, size, or accessories.
7.2 All information is for general guidance only.
8. Privacy and (Intellectual) Property Rights
8.1 Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Data will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Kizik Footwear respects user privacy and treats personal data confidentially.
8.3 Customers may receive offers via the Kizik Footwear newsletter.
8.4 Intellectual property rights related to the website are governed by our Copyright Policy.
9. Applicable Law
9.1 These Terms and all Agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
