Shipping information
All online orders are processed and dispatched within 48 business hours. Our team will inform you if there are any issues with your order.
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately. Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. Kizik Benelux is not responsible for replacing packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you believe you have made a mistake, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can try to assist you. Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been processed by our warehouse.
All deliveries are shipped via PostNL, although a different local shipping partner may be used for last-mile delivery.
Delivery times & shipping costs
We offer free shipping within the Benelux on all orders over €75. For orders under €75, a handling fee of €4.95 applies.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
For shipments to Ireland, shipping is free on orders over €160. For orders under €160, a shipping fee of €9.99 applies.
Delivery to Ireland typically takes 5–7 business days.
Orders placed in the evening, during weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
If your parcel has not arrived yet, please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us, we will be happy to assist you after that.
Please note that some regions in Ireland are currently experiencing significant delivery delays. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days. PostNL and An Post are doing their utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order status & tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing Track & Trace information.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges during the return or order process.
If you would like the same product in a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order.
Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of reordering. You have 30 days to return an item.
